No engagement created

Use of this Site does not create a professional, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship of any kind between you and Obsidian. Submitting an inquiry through the Site, corresponding with us by email, or receiving a response from us does not constitute acceptance of a mandate. An engagement with Obsidian begins only upon execution of a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Obsidian. Obsidian accepts a limited number of mandates and reserves the right to decline any inquiry at its sole discretion, without explanation.

Informational purposes only

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, security, medical, or real estate advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction. Obsidian does not provide real estate brokerage services or investment advisory services. Real estate brokerage services are provided separately by Opus Legacy Collective.

Inquiries and confidentiality

Communications submitted through the Site are not secure and are not subject to any confidentiality obligation on the part of Obsidian unless and until an appropriate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement has been executed by the relevant parties. Do not transmit sensitive, privileged, or protected information through the Site or by unsecured email. This includes, without limitation, legal strategy, personal security details, medical or financial records, travel itineraries, access information, protected identities, and supporting documentation. Any such information submitted before an agreement is in place is transmitted at your own risk.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, marks, images, page layout, and the arrangement and compilation of that content, is the property of Obsidian or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Obsidian name, seal, and associated marks may not be used, reproduced, or displayed without prior written permission. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or creation of derivative works, is prohibited without our prior written consent.
