The preliminary inquiry establishes the context and timing required for institutional consideration.
Provide the high-level context necessary to identify the matter, its significance, geography, and timing.
Submission of an inquiry does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only upon mutual execution of an agreement between the relevant parties and Obsidian Private Client Services LLC.
Each inquiry is reviewed under the direct authority of the Principal’s Office. Protected disclosures and substantive discussions proceed only after the appropriate confidentiality agreements have been executed by all relevant parties and Obsidian Private Client Services LLC.
